I’m on the last day of my detox, and I’m incredibly starving, so the last thing I want to be doing is spending hours at the oven where there’s a whole world of temptation….
But the boys have to eat. So it’s time to pull out a Super-quick snacky lunch….
A Super-quick snacky pizza!
To make ours we used:
– 2 mini plain tortillas
– Tomato Puree
– grated cheese
– sweetcorn
– tuna
We popped the plain tortillas on to baking trays and used the back of our spoon to spread tomato puree over the top of each one.
We then sprinkled on some of the grated cheese and then a handful of sweetcorn and tuna to both.
We then popped them under the grill for a minute, just to warm it through and melt the cheese…. The tortillas are only thin so it’s best not to leave them in for too long else they’ll burn!
Then slice up and serve! Simple, hey?
But Plinks, why no weights of ingredients?
I’ve not put any measurements of the ingredients down because the world is your oyster and you can add as little or as much as you like!
You can also obviously choose different toppings – like ham or mushrooms, chicken… Whatever takes your fancy!
These are always a hit with Boe, and they’re so quick and simple enough for him to help me make.
